Any contact made via Facebook, Instagram, email or our website is used only to help us with your order or enquiry.

Once an order has been placed we use your full name, address, email address and possibly a telephone number. This information is stored in our PayPal or email account to enable us to fulfill your order and dispatch to the correct address.

We will never share your information with a third party. The only exception is passing your name and delivery address to a relevant postal company (e.g. Royal Mail/courier) in order for your item(s) to be delivered correctly.

We do not have access to any financial information.

Once your order has been completed, your data is archived/deleted and no longer accessed in accordance with the GDPR which have been updated May 2018.

Our updated privacy policy is effective with immediate effect.
